Roll call for new individual boat pages!
I have been delaying this for too long. I need to get the individual boats up and replace the out-of-date boat pages from the old website. I need the following people people to contact me ASAP for details of how to gather content and photos of their boat for submission to me.
First 5 up - Donation members:

The following people should gather their materials and have it ready to submit when contacted.
On deck, - next 5 boats up:

After the above boats have progressed as far along possible additional boats will be added until all boats have been put up on the website. Preference with be given to members who have been active on the website and in the forums.
Each boat will have the own individual dedicated page on this website. The web pages will be initially maintained by me, as your webmaster, but it is hoped that down the road at least some of boat owners will be able to maintain their own pages should they be so inclined.

I am still putting together a "wish-list" of items I'd like. 5 to 7 photos (There will probably be more added later) Designate one photo as the main shot "blown-up" picture.
List will include at least the following:
List of all the specs of the boat. Particular note is deviations from standard for the class.
Sail inventory, major equipment and gear carried.
Ownership history known and unknown.
Present owner(s) and 1st mate if applicable. Date purchased.
Names of previous owners and previous boat names.
Significant voyages made.
Home/Hailing port. Country/flag. Spencer burgee?
Official Registry authority and ID number (Not displayed publicly - for the db/records keeping only)
Plans for next 3 to 5 years for the boat from an upgrade perspective to voyages planned.

I got photos and detailed specs. Tell me what I need to do!
Not complaining, but I'm so tired of seeing the old boat name on the list of 42s. I'll be happy to see Chasing Summer. Feel free to use any of the pictures from my blog for pictures on the listing page. Maybe the lead picture which shows where the boat sits.
Currently I'm working on building the galley. I should have it completely roughed in by the end of the first week in Feb 2012.
